1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the kiemono.com website, services, or applications provided by Kiemono ("We"), you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.2. Description of Services
Kiemono provides an integrated business software ecosystem including but not limited to:- Kiemono Wega — Weighbridge system
- Kiemono Stocka — Warehouse & inventory
- Kiemono Traka — Fleet & vehicle tracking
- Kiemono Kargo — Logistics & supply chain
- Kiemono Fina — Finance & financials
- Kiemono Manta — Manufacturing & production
- Kiemono Huma — HR Management
Services are available through the app.kiemono.com portal and downloadable desktop applications. Service features and availability may change without prior notice.
3. Account Registration
To use Kiemono services, you must register a business account through our website or directly via the app.kiemono.com portal. You are responsible for:- Providing accurate and complete information during registration.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Being responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Usage License
Upon license activation, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Kiemono applications according to the license package you selected. This right includes:- Installing and using the application for your internal business needs.
- Accessing updates included in your license package.
You MAY NOT:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent the software.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
- Exceed the usage limits specified in your license package.
- Share your account or license with third parties without written consent from Kiemono.
5. Payment & Billing
Use of Kiemono services is subject to fees according to the selected package. Payment terms:- Payment is made according to the selected billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
- Listed prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Late payment may result in service suspension or freezing.
- Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect.
- Completed payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Data Ownership
Kiemono's core principle is that business data belongs to the User. Data ownership terms:- All data you enter into Kiemono applications is entirely yours.
- Data is stored on the server you designate (on-premise or your chosen cloud).
- Kiemono does not claim ownership of your business data.
- You may export your data at any time in available formats.
- Upon account closure, your data will be deleted from our servers according to the data retention policy.
7. User Responsibilities
The User is responsible for:- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using the services.
- Maintaining the security of their account and access credentials.
- Ensuring data entered is accurate and suitable for business needs.
- Using services according to license terms and not misusing the services.
- Bearing infrastructure costs (server, internet) required for application operations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law:- Kiemono shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Kiemono's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the last 12 months.
- Kiemono does not guarantee services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- Kiemono is not liable for data loss due to system failure, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kiemono from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your unauthorized use of the services.10. Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Causes for termination include:- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Prolonged payment delays.
- Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
You may also stop using the services at any time by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred.
11. Force Majeure
Kiemono shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, power or telecommunications outages, or government actions.12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through amicable deliberation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled through the competent court within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia.13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the latest update date. Continued use of the services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.14. Contact Us
