1. Set up masters: finished goods, raw materials, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
2. Create work orders per the production plan and allocate raw materials.
3. Record production; the system deducts raw material stock and adds finished goods automatically.
4. Run quality control on each production batch before it enters the warehouse.
5. Monitor production efficiency through reports.
